Digital asset investment firm Hilbert Group has announced a three-year structured financing agreement with global investment firm LDA Capital, with total financing of SEK 150 million (approximately $15.80 million). According to the agreement, Hilbert will be able to flexibly issue new shares based on market conditions and grant LDA warrants for up to 1.485 million shares with an exercise period of 36 months.
