Ephemera Completes $20.00 Million Series B Funding Round, Co-led by USV, a16z crypto, and Lightspeed Faction

On July 17, according to The Block, Ephemera, the developer of the decentralized messaging protocol XMTP, completed a $20.00 million Series B funding round to build and grow its ecosystem.

The funding round was co-led by Union Square Ventures, a16z crypto, and Lightspeed Faction, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Offline Ventures, Sound Ventures (founded by Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary), and Distributed Global.
