Everything Blockchain Inc., a U.S.-listed diversified crypto treasury and validator infrastructure company, has announced the formation of MemeStrategy Inc., an independent company designed to connect internet memes with traditional stock markets. Initially, it will hold tokens such as $PEPE, $BONK, and SPX6900. Everything Blockchain stated that it plans to spin off MemeStrategy, submit an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and, upon approval, list through the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become a fully independent publicly traded company.
