Publicly Listed BioSig to Merge with Streamex, Planning to Raise $1.1 Billion to Support RWA Tokenization

Nasdaq-listed medical device technology company BioSig Technologies has announced a merger with Streamex Exchange Corporation, another Nasdaq-listed company, and has also signed a financing agreement of up to $1.1 billion to advance the development of its RWA tokenization business.
