The insurance company was founded by former executives of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange Bittrex and plans to offer Bitcoin-backed directors and officers liability insurance (D&O), priced in US dollars. Tabit holds a Class 2 insurance license issued by the Barbados Financial Services Commission.
