According to news from Deep Tide TechFlow, digital asset custody company Copper has partnered with DigiFT to provide custody support for the first tokenized investment fund uMINT launched by UBS Asset Management. uMINT is a money market fund based on Ethereum blockchain technology, designed to offer institutional-grade compliance, transparency, and real-time redemption capabilities through high-quality money market instruments.
It is reported that DigiFT is the first on-chain compliant trading exchange for physical assets licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, providing investors with continuous liquidity trading services through an Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanism. Simon Morgan, Chief Commercial Officer of Copper, stated that this collaboration will provide clients with safer tokenized investment opportunities and promote the adoption of institutional-grade assets.
Henry Zhang, CEO of DigiFT, commented that this partnership provides investors with a stable and compliant solution for entering the Web3 space. Copper's ClearLoop technology will also support collateral management and trade settlement across multiple exchanges, further enhancing capital efficiency.
