Cryptocurrency investment firm Pantera Capital has submitted documents to the U.S. SEC indicating that it has raised 20 million dollars for the TON blockchain project through two special funds. Both funds began their first round of fundraising in July this year, attracting at least 29 investors, with a minimum investment threshold of 250 thousand dollars.
