The Web3 mobile gaming platform Party Icons has announced the completion of a $9 million seed funding round, led by Bitkraft Ventures, with participation from IDG Capital and Sebastien Borget, co-founder of The Sandbox. Party Icons' mission is to combine the social cohesion of party games with the excitement of shooting games. Similar to Borget's The Sandbox project, the developers of Party Icons seem to hope that people will use it as a platform not only to play games but also to socialize.
