The zero-knowledge verification protocol zkPass has announced the completion of a $12.50 million Series A funding round, with a valuation reaching $100 million. Participating investors include dao5, Animoca Brands, Flow Traders, Amber Group, IOBC Capital, Signum Capital, MH Ventures, and WAGMI Ventures. Co-founder and CTO Bing Jiang stated that zkPass's token is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025. zkPass is a privacy data verification protocol based on zero-knowledge proofs, allowing users to verify information such as identity or financial records without sharing actual data. Previously, zkPass completed a $2.50 million seed funding round in August 2023, with investors including Binance Labs, Sequoia China, and OKX Ventures.
