this past week has seen a significant drop in price for the dark frontiers token, dropping by over 26%. amidst this pullback, there have been two unusual events people should know about.



a few days ago, the near protocol twitter account, which provides updates and announcements for near, a leading layer 1 protocol, was hacked. now, the actual near protocol twitter posts still seem relevant, but the twitter account has been changed to a solid black leaf with the bio reading "dark". two of its posts are as follows:

this message does to fit the style of that account but is still kind of alarming. if you read the original tweet on the link, the number is obviously not a real contract and even the first few letters read it may not even be a token....but still, it is alarming. the people involved in dark frontiers and willing to follow cryptos on social media need to pay attention to suspicious activity like this.



on a related note, many of the crypto affecting me and others have been showing significant, almost day to day price drops.


also of note as to recent price drops, many people, including myself, have been experiencing issues with metamask showing a balance of a nft that was burned. i am unsure if it is directly tied to the above, but it is definitely noteworthy.



i hope everyone is being careful out there and not buying on dips right now, i truly do think the markets are in slight turmoil, but this is just my opinion, i am not a financial advisor.
