Coinbase is suspected of prematurely publishing ICO information about the OpenSea token SEA, and has since deleted the related post.

According to @doomerfied, Coinbase briefly published a token sale announcement about OpenSea's token SEA, showing details such as a valuation of $3.80B, a token price of 0.30 $USDC, and a sale share of 5%. The post has now been deleted, and Coinbase and OpenSea have not yet made a public response.

Previously reported, the OpenSea CEO announced that SEA will be issued in Q1 2026, with 50% of the supply allocated to the community. After experiencing the NFT market crash and multiple rounds of layoffs, OpenSea is transforming from a traditional NFT marketplace to a crypto asset aggregation trading platform.
