CEA Industries and 10X Capital Announce $500.00M Private Placement to Establish BNB Strategic Reserve with Support from YZiLabs

On July 28, according to streetinsider, CEA Industries (Nasdaq: VAPE) and 10X Capital, with the support of YZi Labs, announced a $500.00M private placement to establish the world's largest publicly listed $BNB financial company. This financing includes two parts:

· Common stock PIPE financing: a total of $500.00M ($400.00M in cash + $100.00M worth of cryptocurrency)

· Warrant exercise: An additional $750.00M in cash financing is expected if all warrants are exercised.
