CEA Industries and 10X Capital, with support from YZiLabs, Announce $500.00M Private Placement to Establish BNB Strategic Reserve

On July 28, according to streetinsider, CEA Industries (Nasdaq: VAPE) and 10X Capital, with the support of YZi Labs, announced a $500.00M private placement to establish the world's largest publicly listed $BNB financial company. This financing includes two parts:
