Japan's MUFG Bank Acquires High-Rise Building in Osaka, Will Launch Real Estate Tokenization Product

Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, the trust arm of Japan's MUFG Bank, has acquired a high-rise building in Osaka for over 100 billion yen (approximately $681.00 million). The plan is to create digital securities from it and sell tokenized real estate products to retail and institutional investors.
