UK-listed company Satsuma (formerly Tao Alpha) has announced the completion of a £100.00M ($136.00M USD) private placement to accelerate its Bitcoin funding strategy. In addition, the company will launch a short-term third round of financing, which will be limited to individual investors that the company identifies as key strategic qualified investors in the United States, with total financing expected to not exceed £10.00M, which will be completed around July 28, 2025.
