Over the weekend, approximately a dozen redemption requests were delayed due to RPC rate limits affecting the maintainer bot responsible for submitting SPV proofs to verify $BTC redemption transactions are valid.

The issue was resolved by switching endpoints and all queued redemptions have now successfully cleared. We’re exploring failover RPC support to improve resilience and prevent similar delays in the future.
