The $BTC used by users to mint beraBTC on Berachain will be securely stored by Cactus Custody through custodial collaboration, ensuring that the funds are verifiable, traceable, and redeemable. It is reported that Cactus Custody has obtained SOC 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 international certifications audited by Deloitte, and ensures compliant and transparent asset custody through multi-signature, cold and hot wallet separation, and hardware security module (HSM) technology to meet institutional risk control needs.
