Listed company GameSquare plans to raise $70 million through rights issue to continue purchasing ETH

On July 17, Nasdaq-listed Game Square Holdings announced that it plans to issue 46,666,667 shares of common stock to raise US$70 million. The company plans to use the funds to increase its $ETH holdings. GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna revealed that the issuance includes a 15% over-allotment. If all are exercised, the total funds raised will reach approximately US$80.5 million.
