U.S.-listed Windtree Therapeutics has signed a $60M investment deal with Build and Build Corp to launch a $BNB crypto treasury strategy, with up to $140M in additional subscriptions. Upon closing, it will become the first NASDAQ company to offer direct $BNB exposure.
