According to SEC filings, PayPal co-founder and well-known Silicon Valley investor Peter Thiel indirectly holds a total of 5,094,000 common shares of Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. through multiple entities under his control, accounting for 9.1% of the issued shares.
