Canadian listed company LQWD Technologies plans to raise $10.000 million to support the rapid accumulation of Bitcoin

LQWD Technologies, a Canadian-listed Bitcoin Lightning Network technology company, has announced the launch of an at-the-market equity program ("ATM Program") and has entered into an equity distribution financing agreement with Haywood Securities on July 15 to raise up to $10.000.000 in funding to support its strategy of rapidly accumulating Bitcoin as a core asset, while expanding its global Lightning Network infrastructure.
