Bridge funding for ZKsync Security Council 🛡️
The @zksync Security Council is requesting 10.87M $ZK to maintain critical protocol security operations for June–July 2025 before a revised long-term funding proposal in August.

Highlights:
🔷 Covers SC signer compensation & foundation entity costs (~$422K)
🔶 Funding will be managed through a temporary smart contract with a fixed 10.87M $ZK limit, active from July 21 to Sept 30.
🔷 Any unused tokens auto-return to the treasury
