Coinbase is internally testing its wallet service. The new wallet will build a unified platform between social discovery, transaction flow, and the creator economy, integrating features such as social networking, AI, and Mini Apps.

Previously, Base co-founder @jessepollak announced that a major announcement would be released on July 16. Considering market and community discussions, Coinbase may announce updates related to the wallet product at that time.

The new version of the Coinbase wallet has been given a greater mission: it seeks to become a distribution platform for on-chain content, a promotion channel for developer products, and even a new social square for traders and creators. The new version of the wallet is mainly divided into homepage, social, transaction, chat, notification, and wallet balance. In the main operation interface, there are AI Agent dialogues, application selections, and Mini App collections.

At the same time, the biggest change in the wallet update is the integration with Farcaster, similar to WeChat's Moments, which brings together news feeds, videos, the Farcaster user system, and notifications within the wallet.
