On July 12, $SERAPH experienced sharp and repeated price drops across multiple platforms. Our team responded immediately with on-chain and CEX interventions. As of today, we have conducted buybacks totaling over 7.4M $SERAPH.

Initial findings point to a coordinated sell-off involving several smart bot addresses, three of which are linked to a recent $SOON market attack. The behavior shows clear signs of systematic manipulation.

We want to be clear:
• No official wallets were involved
• All Season3 rewards will be distributed as planned
• LP rewards will also be distributed to ActPass wallets within 5 days
