Bybit: Over-subscription occurred in PUMP token sale due to unexpected API delay

On July 13, Bybit announced that the $PUMP token sale has ended and the allocation results are being reviewed due to oversubscription.

Due to an unexpected API delay, this issuance was oversubscribed, with some users successfully receiving token allocations while others did not. For users who submitted subscriptions but whose funds are still frozen, the final allocation results are currently being verified.

Users who did not receive an allocation will receive a full refund, which is due to an unexpected API delay.
