A majority-elected Board is coming to Intersect

The Intersect Board is expanding from 5 to 7 seats as part of our October election cycle, with 4 elected directly by members. For the first time, elected members will form the majority of the board.

This is another step in sharpening Intersect’s focus as a lean, effective, member-led MBO, ensuring members are at the heart of shaping how Intersect supports Cardano’s direction.
