Reform DAO is supported legally and operationally by Hofida Limited, which exists solely to serve the DAO.

Hofida is fully owned by a Purpose Trust, ensuring that no single party can seize control. This legal layer allows us to operate across jurisdictions while remaining true to our decentralized ethos.

The trust has a designated enforcer who ensures the trustee acts in the DAO's interest. Power remains with the token holders, not a central authority.

This structure balances flexibility with accountability.
