DDC Enterprise and Animoca Brands Sign a $100 Million Bitcoin Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding

On July 10, according to official news, $DDC Enterprise Limited (NYSE: $DDC) announced today that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Animoca Brands to jointly develop and implement strategies to maximize the yield of this Web3 company's Bitcoin assets while managing related risks.

The MoU establishes a strategic partnership in which Animoca Brands will allocate up to $100 million in Bitcoin for yield enhancement strategies operated by DDC.
