"🔥POL - Polygon PoS to Launch Heimdall v2 Upgrade on July 10, Significantly Improving Network Efficiency"

Polygon has announced that its PoS network will officially undergo the Heimdall v2 consensus layer upgrade on July 10. This is the most technically challenging hard fork since the mainnet launch in 2020. The upgraded network will reduce transaction final confirmation times to approximately 5 seconds and completely remove legacy technical burdens, further strengthening Polygon's technological leadership as an Ethereum scaling solution.
