Volkswagen's ADMT Acquires Self-Driving Data Through Solana-Based Hivemapper Bee Maps

According to CoinDesk, Volkswagen's autonomous driving subsidiary ADMT is using Bee Maps from the Solana ecosystem DePIN project Hivemapper to obtain real-time map data to enhance autonomous driving operations. Street-level images collected by Hivemapper camera-equipped Bee Maps contributors will be used to help validate Volkswagen's autonomous driving technology to improve curbside accuracy for autonomous pick-ups and drop-offs.
