Musk calls "OpenAI equity is fake," but has not yet responded to SpaceX coin.

In response to OpenAI's rebuttal of Robinhood's claim that it was not authorized and that the so-called "OpenAI coin" is not OpenAI equity, Musk, OpenAI's "sworn enemy," responded on the X platform, saying, "Your 'equity' is fake." It is currently uncertain whether Musk is saying that the "OpenAI coin" is fake equity, or whether he is referring to OpenAI's own equity as castles in the air. It is worth noting that Robinhood's issued stock coins also include SpaceX coins, but Musk has not responded to this.
Previously, an analysis pointed out that OpenAI is currently completing a major restructuring, and its Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar has made it clear that this structural reform is paving the way for a possible future IPO. However, if Robinhood launches tokenized equity without authorization, it may not only shake the equity structure, but also pre-price it, interfere with market expectations and potential investor confidence, and create instability.
