Nasdaq-listed BioSig Technologies has merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation and signed a $1.1B financing deal to advance its RWA tokenization strategy. The deal includes $100M in convertible notes and a $1B equity credit line, with Tether custodian Cantor Fitzgerald as joint placement agent.
