Arkham monitoring shows that a U.S. government-related wallet transferred $ETH to the Coinbase Prime address (0xcfB) in two transactions on July 8th, specifically 0.00394 $ETH (approximately $9.99) and 86.564 $ETH (approximately $219,000.00).
