It was a challenging week, but it turned out great! The first wave of community players already had the chance to fully enjoy #SpaceCatch #AR. The feedback is much better than what we received before the major overhaul following the playtest in the Philippines. This reassures us that we’re on the right track.

Although there’s still a lot of work ahead, we can already reveal that we’re preparing the first marketing campaigns for onboarding #Web2 players.

SC:AR: Updated the amount of $CATCH earned after successfully completing Invasions
SC:AR: Updated the number of decoders granted to new players to 20
SC:AR: Updated and launched the new version (0.31.12) on Google Play and #Apple App Stores
SC:AR: Updated Aliens’ materials properties to improve the overall visuals (they should look brighter)
SC:AR: Added a SpaceCatch: AR waiting list link to the https://t.co/csrbwuJIpy website
SC:AR: Updated the loading animation to a spinner rather than a full screen message
SC:AR: Implemented new visuals for rescued Hubs
SC:AR: Updated #UI in rescued Hubs where now it also shows the names of the players who helped to liberate it

SC:AR: Fixed a bug where one of the tutorial tips in non-AR is automatically skipped
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where in some cases the AR/non-AR toggle button would not appear in fight preload screens
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where the extra lootbox rewards aren't immediately visible in player’s inventory; item updates should now appear instantly
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where extra lootbox #rewards can sometimes be overwritten by completing 2 invasions back-to-back
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where in inventory the weapon type label data is missing for some weapons
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where the player would sometimes be stuck in the first tutorial fight
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where failing to scan area in AR shows a popup on which the buttons dont work
SC:AR: Fixed a bug where the aliens’ icons shown in Jail are misaligned
