Proposal 3: Performance-Based Grant to Virgen Labs
If $VIRTUAL hits $10, $20, and $40, a grant of 2% of supply is streamed to Virgen Labs for each milestone, up to 6% in total. No milestone, no tokens. Growth must come first. A zero-inflation, performance-driven grant that only activates after delivering real value to holders.
