WSJ: Musk Has Not Yet Filed Paperwork to Establish "American Party"

According to the Wall Street Journal, neither Musk nor his advisors have filed documents with the U.S. Federal Election Commission indicating the formation of a new political entity called the "America Party." The party's name is similar to America PAC, a U.S. political action committee he helped found. According to documents, Musk spent nearly $300.00 million in 2024 through this political group supporting Trump's campaign to help Trump and other Republicans.
