Hey VeVe Fam, we wanted to share a quick update regarding the Rabbids digital collectible drop.

The original item descriptions mistakenly noted that these collectibles were animated. To clarify, this release does not include animation features. We’ve updated the product descriptions in both the app and our blog to reflect this accurately.

We understand this may have caused some confusion, and we’re reviewing our internal processes to help prevent similar mix-ups in the future.

If you purchased a Rabbids collectible from the VeVe Store and would like a refund, our Support team is here to help. Please reach out by 11:59 PM PST on 31 July 2025 to process your request.

Note: This applies only to purchases made through the VeVe Store, not secondary market sales.
