Wayfinder hasn't seemed to be making much noise lately. But if you check their official Twitter, you'll find that their AI agent has been quietly updating and iterating, progressing as planned according to their previously released May-July roadmap. So, in fact, there has been quite a bit of progress on their product since May.

The most noteworthy of these is probably the ability to use $PROMPT to pay for Gas on other chains.
For example, if you have $USDT on the BSC chain but no BNB for Gas, you can tell the Wayfinder AI agent: "Use $PROMPT in my wallet as Gas to help me convert 100 $USDT to $BTC on the BSC chain." That's it, and you'll see the USDC in your wallet converted to BTC.
As for the complex cross-chain, Gas exchange, and transaction processes involved in achieving "gasless transactions," Wayfinder's AI Agent will automatically find the optimal path and execute it through the pathfinding function, without you having to worry about it.

In addition, some important functions based on the roadmap, including the Alpha version and contract agents, are also progressing according to the roadmap's delivery schedule and have now entered the testing phase.

Personally, I think Wayfinder is quite different from most current AI agents.
Wayfinder can currently be used to help you execute operations such as interacting with dApps, swapping tokens, minting NFTs, cross-chain transactions, and even more complex DeFi strategies and smart contract deployments. Including the currently popular on-chain tokenized stock trading, transactions can also be executed through Wayfinder.
Many AI agents launched by projects now are actually just simple wrappers for existing large language models (LLMs), and their functions can only provide some basic on-chain data queries or simple trading suggestions (and only suggestions, they cannot be executed automatically).
