"Fake Coin, Real Hype 🚨": Robinhood Lists "OpenAI Coin" Stock, Officially Denounced

Online brokerage @RobinhoodApp recently prepared to list an "OpenAI token" U.S. stock tokenized product, sparking market controversy. However, OpenAI directly issued a statement disassociating itself, emphasizing that these tokens are not company stock, they have not cooperated with Robinhood, have not participated in this project at all, and do not recognize this product. Any transfer of shares requires their formal approval, which they have not granted in this case.

This is essentially an unauthorized product that is piggybacking on popularity. It appears to be using OpenAI's popularity to hype tokens or coin stocks, but in reality, it has nothing to do with the OpenAI company.
