Tokenized stocks are onchain representations of real equity. Each token is backed by actual shares held by licensed custodians, giving traders the same price exposure while unlocking faster settlement, 24/7 trading, and DeFi integrations.

TradFi players are exploring equity tokenization to make post-trade processes faster and cheaper. This week alone, Robinhood launched tokenized U.S. stocks for European users.

It’s early, but the direction is clear. Tokenized stocks can expand global access, embed traditional equities into programmable systems, and offer new paths for capital movement.
