The Coalition Part 1

To my nationalist friends, I’d like to make the case why it is important not to ostracize and purge the libertarian faction. Libertarians historically represent 2% of the population, likely higher now and likely to grow over time as the debt continues to climb. True, there is no credible threat that they will join with the left. First, the libertarians fully understand that the Dems spend more than the GOP. Second, the libertarians are sworn enemies of the communists and the Dems are moving in that direction. However, it is credible that they could create a third party which obviously has no chance to win but splits the vote enough to give the Dems the win. Well you might say why would they do that when the result would be the same. Because in the latter case, as idealists, they can vote their conscience and be absolved of fault in their own minds even if the result is the same. The libertarian is ultimately an idealist, unwilling to dirty himself in the political mud wrestling necessary to actually take power, but fully willing to endure unjust suffering with righteous indignation. In other words, they would rather be right than win. Essentially they are autistic germaphobes with their hearts in the right place. Finally, the libertarians are very skilled at commerce and capital formation. You, the nationalists, could benefit greatly from their help once the “war” is won and it is time to rebuild and create prosperity. So please don’t be too hard on them.
