This is a pivotal step in our continued mission to build a global, institutional-grade custody platform. The acquisition expands our operational footprint in a region rapidly emerging as a hub for digital asset innovation, collaboration, and regulatory leadership and benefits from Tungsten’s licensing within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) – one of the world’s most respected regulatory regimes for digital assets, overseen by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
