The U-16 #MeninosDaVila qualified with 100% success, 25 goals scored and none conceded in the first phase of the international tournament! This Thursday (26th), the team thrashed CEFAM, from the host country, by 8 to 0, and Nexgem Union Academy, from Trinidad and Tobago, by 13 to 0.

The goals were scored by João Borges (2), João Garcia (2), Alexsander, Maylon, Ian Vicentini and Kauan Basile, in the first match. And João Borges (4), João Garcia (3), Ian Vicentini (2), Lucas Camargo (2), Alexsander and Kauã Oro, in the second match.

With the first place in group C, the #MeninosDaVila await the knockout match between the second-placed teams from groups D and E to find out their opponent in the quarter-finals. The next game is scheduled for 10:30 am this Friday (27).
