Invesco and Galaxy Submit New Filing to US SEC, Joining the Solana ETF Competition
According to The Block, investment management company Invesco and crypto company Galaxy Digital have jointly submitted a registration application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a Solana ETF, proposing to list it on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker "QSOL."
Invesco will serve as the fund's sponsor, Bank of New York Mellon as the administrator, Galaxy will be responsible for token procurement, and Coinbase will custody the SOL assets. Currently, several companies are applying for a Solana ETF, including VanEck, Bitwise, and 21Shares.
