A new Starknet version, v0.13.6, is coming:
> Testnet on June 30 (next week!)
> Mainnet on July 8

This release is part of the roadmap to integrate S-Two, StarkWare’s next-gen STARK prover, into Starknet Mainnet. S-Two will reduce proving time from 24 min to under 3 min for 2B Layer 2 gas blocks, while cutting proving costs by at least 2x. And this is just the MVP, further optimizations are already in the works.

While S-Two won't be live yet, v0.13.6 introduces key changes to make Starknet compatible with it.

This version will also:
> Enable resource counting
> Keep tx costs & UX unchanged

Note: Cairo Native is temporarily disabled on Testnet (it's not activated on Mainnet anyway), and we plan to reintegrate it later in Q3.
