This milestone lays the foundation for the upcoming MCP Marketplace, where users can share and explore custom MCP services. API-based MCPs are just the beginning.

Our engineering team is already working on two next-gen types of custom MCPs:

1. Serverless MCPs – write Node.js or Python directly on the platform and run instantly.
2. External MCP Configs – integrate MCPs from platforms like https://t.co/IbJkRoFlMx.
