ChainCatcher reports that Bitget has officially integrated with the Sahyog portal platform under India's Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), becoming one of the few global crypto exchanges to join this system. Sahyog serves as the official collaboration interface between Indian law enforcement agencies and digital service providers. This integration means Bitget will respond to data requests from Indian law enforcement through a legal, compliant, secure, and efficient channel, cooperating under Section 94 of the Indian Citizen Safety Act and Section 79(3)(b) of the Information Technology Act. Bitget's Chief Legal Officer Hon Ng stated, "India is a key market in our global strategy. Integrating with the Sahyog platform is an important move for Bitget to implement local regulatory requirements and strengthen compliance cooperation. We will continue to optimize our compliance system to support law enforcement in governance and regulation within the digital asset domain." Against the backdrop of strengthening global regulations, Bitget is actively deepening its compliance layout in major markets. This entry into Sahyog not only enhances its connection with Indian regulators but also demonstrates its long-term commitment to building a transparent and trustworthy crypto ecosystem.
