“Revenue in Web3 is still treated like a secret — why?”

In GPU marketplaces (and Web3 infra in general), two paths are emerging:
1. One side posts on-chain revenue transparently — machines leased, usage tracked, all visible.
2. The other side claims big sales + revenue… but with zero public proof. Just vibes.
Here is the question: Which castle are you building? The open one?
Or the shady one with fog and mystery?
In Web3, where trust is supposed to be built-in —
Shouldn’t revenue be on-chain by default?
