Make 2018 Blockchain Ethos Great Again.

The Bitte is a team made up of 90% engineers—marketing has never been our strong suit, but we’ve always had the right heart, skills, and ethos, so we are ready to suck it up and do better.

Our ethos has been to create something truly original that provides enough value to curve the power of the leeches that we all know as the traditional banking system. In 2023 US banks took $5.83 billion in overdraft fees alone (people without money) and borrow $15 from every $1 of yours to make more money, buying infrastructure making everything more expensive (they were 30X leveraged in 2008).

We want to know what we can do to create a community with the same ethos we had in 2018 as smart contracts opened the door for unstoppable, open, and infinite possibilities, thanks @VitalikButerin.

But the space somehow got a bit lost in $93 million NFT trades for rocks and bloated transition farming. We are not knocking the memecoin culture, we love that a semi-mainstream use case interest was found and blockchain was not forgotten as we are unstoppable now thanks to these cycles, but we have a real chance at doing good again with the right builders.

This cycle we finally have...

• Infrastructure is dialed in
• Cross chain communication
• Scale!
• AI that can rip through any open smart contract

Building a dapp has never been easier.

We forget how groundbreaking it is that any developer can interact directly with the settlement layer.

If you have been around a while, this is not the time to burnout from the loss of the ethos and tumultuous political climate. It's time to suck it up as we are on the edge of what was dreamed of 16 years ago and we want to build with you to solve real problems and there are many to solve.
