According to TechFlow, on June 18, $Ai16z founder Shaw recently posted that the X platform accused him of violating the terms of service, claiming that he sold data and bypassed API keys. The platform stated that if he pays a monthly enterprise license fee of 50 thousand USD, they would no longer pursue the matter. The founder denied these allegations, stating that the X platform mistakenly used his open-source code as a reason for the ban and called it a "blatant extortion." Currently, he only pays a monthly certification fee of 1 thousand USD and a developer license fee of 200 USD and is considering whether to take legal action.
